    Description

    The Reproductive Health Access Project (RHAP) is seeking a Manager of Development to oversee and implement a growing, mission-driven fundraising program. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day development operations, supporting donor engagement, and contributing to revenue generation across individual giving, foundations, and grants. The Manager of Development will play a key role in ensuring strong systems, consistent outreach, and effective fundraising execution in support of RHAP’s mission.

    We are looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative fundraiser with experience in nonprofit development and a strong commitment to reproductive health, rights, and justice.

    Submission Guidelines and Qualifications:

    RHAP welcomes applications from qualified candidates who are excited to manage and strengthen core fundraising functions.

    Ideal candidates will bring:

    • Experience in nonprofit fundraising, including donor outreach and campaign support
    • Familiarity with grant research and application processes
    • Experience working with CRM systems (EveryAction strongly preferred)
    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills across a variety of audiences
    • A demonstrated commitment to reproductive justice, equity, and anti-racism

    Compensation:

    Salary: $78,700 annually.

    This is a full-time, exempt, fully remote position with potential for occasional travel.
