    Description

    The Kailee Mills Foundation is seeking a Programs & Impact Coordinator to help coordinate our life-saving programs, scholarships, and outreach initiatives. This role supports the delivery of school safety programs, assists families receiving support, and helps track the impact of our work in communities across Texas.

    What You’ll Do

    Program Coordination & Delivery

      • Support the scheduling and coordination of school-based seat belt safety programs
      • Assist with the preparation of materials, logistics, and follow-up for presentations
      • Support outreach efforts to schools, community groups, and partners

    Scholarships & Family Support

      • Coordinate scholarship application processes and communications
      • Support families receiving assistance, ensuring compassionate and timely communication
      • Track and organize scholarship and family support data

    Community Outreach & Events

      • Assist with planning and execution of outreach events and community presentations
      • Support first responder engagement and recognition efforts
      • Represent the Foundation at events and outreach opportunities as needed

    Impact Tracking & Reporting

      • Track participation, program reach, and outcomes across initiatives
      • Maintain accurate records of programs, scholarships, and outreach activities
      • Support reporting needs for grants, donors, and internal tracking

    Team Collaboration

      • Work closely with the Programs & Impact Manager to support program growth and effectiveness
      • Collaborate with the Development team to share impact stories and data
      • Assist with administrative and coordination needs across program initiatives

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, education, communications, social services, or a related field preferred
    • 1–3 years of experience in nonprofit programs, education, or community outreach preferred
    • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Comfortable with data tracking and administrative systems
    • Ability to travel for programs and events as needed
    • Ability to lift and transport program materials and event supplies (up to 25–30 pounds) as needed
    • Must model safe driving behaviors, including consistently wearing a seat belt and supporting the Foundation’s mission of seat belt safety

    Within the first year, the Programs & Impact Coordinator will:

    • Help increase the number of students reached through school programs
    • Ensure scholarship and family support processes are organized and responsive
    • Maintain accurate tracking of program data and outcomes
    • Support the successful execution of outreach events and initiatives

    Compensation & Benefits

    The salary for this position is $50,000 annually.

    The Kailee Mills Foundation is committed to fair and equitable compensation. To promote consistency and maintain internal salary parity, compensation for this role is set within an established salary range and is not negotiable. Salaries are determined based on role responsibilities, internal alignment, comparable nonprofit benchmarks, and overall organizational sustainability.

    Employees may be eligible for future compensation increases based on organizational growth, annual budget capacity, and individual performance. Opportunities for advancement and increased compensation may also occur as roles expand and the organization continues to grow.
