    Description

    Are you a creative communicator who loves storytelling, digital marketing, social media, and events? Join Ivymount's Communications & Marketing team and help share the inspiring stories of students, families, and programs that make a difference every day.

    What You'll Do

    • Create digital content across websites, social media, email marketing, and other communication channels.
    • Capture and share compelling stories through writing, photography, video, interviews, and graphic design.
    • Support marketing, advertising, public relations, recruitment, and development initiatives while maintaining brand consistency.
    • Promote and support special events including galas, fundraising events, graduation, showcases, and community programs.
    • Monitor website and social media performance and maintain digital content archives.

    What We're Looking For

    • Bachelor's degree required.
    • Three or more years of communications, marketing, or event planning experience, preferably in a nonprofit or educational setting.
    • Experience with graphic design, video production, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a talent for creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
    • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    • This is an in-person position, requiring occasional work in the evenings and weekends.
