The Deputy Director of Internal Strategy, Operations & Culture is the organization’s second-in-command and primary internal authority holder. This role exists to stabilize, structure, and steward the inside of SnapCo, ensuring that our strategy, values, and daily operations are aligned and executed with discipline and care.
This is a Chief-of-Staff–level role with real authority—not an assistant position and not a symbolic title. The Deputy Director translates vision into execution, holds staff accountability, strengthens systems, and protects the Executive Director’s capacity so that SnapCo can grow without burning out its people or its leadership.
The Deputy Director reports directly to the Executive Director / Co-Founder and supervises senior staff.
