Built on 30 years of experience, PCDC is a statewide convener and primary care expert that brings safety net providers together to develop the care models and business practices they need to remain strong, sustainable organizations.

    Position Summary

    The Director is responsible for building and implementing a pipeline and portfolio of consulting and capacity-building engagements that enable safety-net organizations to establish the care models and business practices needed to thrive financially and operationally.

    Examples of primary care operations projects led by PCDC include:

    • Driving the development of a virtual care playbook to inform the adoption of telehealth workflows and skills across a large FQHC;
    • Drafting the policies and workflows for a county health department to successfully participate and generate revenue from a Medicaid waiver program;

Gather and curate this intelligence in a form that other Consulting staff can use, and share it with the Vice President and other Directors so it feeds real decisions on pricing, positioning, and where the unit invests next.
