    What You’ll Do

    • Support and lead daily Human Resources operations
    • Step in for the HR Director when needed
    • Supervise HR staff, interns, seasonal, and international team members
    • Partner with leaders on employee relations, policies, and workplace solutions
    • Support staff housing and community engagement efforts
    • Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
    • Manage communication, records, reports, and HR documentation
    • Help create a positive, professional, people-first environment

    What We’re Looking For

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
    • 2+ years of Human Resources or related experience
    • Supervisory experience preferred
    • Strong communication and leadership skills
    • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
    • Valid driver’s license required
