    Quiet Waters Outreach

    Quiet Waters Outreach is a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities and their caregivers. Through respite care, day support programs, and community events, we help nurture transformative friendships, belonging, and holistic well-being.

    We are seeking a compassionate and organized Executive Director to lead our ministry, support our staff and volunteers, and help grow our impact in the community.

    About the Role

    The Executive Director provides overall leadership and operational management for Quiet Waters Outreach, working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure programs align with our mission, faith-based values, and regulatory requirements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Providing strategic leadership and vision for the organization
    • Overseeing programs such as Day Support Activities, Relief Care, and special events
    • Leading and supporting staff and volunteers
    • Managing fundraising, donor relations, and grant development
    • Overseeing budgeting, operations, and facilities
    • Representing Quiet Waters Outreach within the community

    Qualifications

    • Commitment to the mission and faith-based values of Quiet Waters Outreach
    • Bachelor’s degree with relevant human services experience (Master’s preferred)
    • 3–5 years supervisory experience (nonprofit preferred)
    • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
    • Fundraising or donor development experience
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
