Position
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Program Data & Systems Coordinator supports the day-to-day management of program data, reporting systems, and compliance processes across workforce development programs. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate participant records, supporting Salesforce data integrity, managing city and state workforce platforms, and helping ensure timely reporting and operational coordination across multiple programs.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable learning new systems, and passionate about using data to support strong client and program outcomes. This role works closely with program staff, the Director of Programs, and external partners to ensure information is accurate, accessible, and compliant with funder requirements.

One On One offers an exciting opportunity to a nonprofit professional. This position reports directly to the Director of Programs.
