ASGCC is Hiring a Director of Finance & Accounting

AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod (ASGCC) is seeking an experienced, hands-on financial leader to join our team and help support the organization as we continue building a strong financial foundation for the future.

The Director of Finance & Accounting will lead day-to-day financial operations and serve as the organization’s senior internal finance leader, working closely with the CEO and Fractional CFO. To learn more about ASGCC visit their website Welcome | AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod

This role will help lead:

• Accounting operations and general ledger
• Grant accounting and reimbursement
• Budget management and financial reporting
• Financial systems, coding, and process improvement
• Internal controls, policies, and procedures
• Audit, tax, banking, insurance, and 340B financial support
• Financial guidance and collaboration across the organization

Things to know:

• This Full-time position will be located in either in our Hyannis or Provincetown location and will have frequent travel between the two locations.
• On-site work is required; remote work may be available on occasion
• Salary Range is $70,000 to $90,000; actual salary will commensurate with candidate experience

The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in an environment where sexual language, adult themes, and mature content are regularly present and be proficient in exercising high linguistic sensitivity to prevent causing distress, harm, or offense to vulnerable client populations.
