    About the Position:

OCJF is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to coordinate the day-to-day operations of our immigration bond fund. The Bond Fund Coordinator will coordinate bond fund applications, maintain internal tracking systems, manage documentation and follow-up, and support communication with bond recipients, families, advocates, and community partners.

    • Coordinate communication regarding release planning, timelines, and next steps.

    Systems and Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate records across internal systems, including tracking spreadsheets, SharePoint, and case management systems.
    • Organize digital files and ensure consistency in documentation and data entry.
    • Support quarterly and year-end reconciliation and reporting processes.

    Communication & Team Support

    • Conduct post-release follow-up and ongoing case-related communication as needed.
    • Assist with communication related to bond status updates, ICE/DHS notices, and contributor outreach.
    • Attend team meetings and contribute to operational projects and workflow improvements.

    Advocacy & External Engagement

    • Represent OCJF through participation in national and regional immigration bond networks, contribute to collaborative advocacy efforts as appropriate, and support public education regarding the immigration bond process through educational materials, informational resources, social media content, and other public communications.
