    You will be responsible for:

    • how the organization is seen

    🎯 Core Responsibilities

    1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
    • Define and maintain brand identity across all platforms
    • Ensure consistency in:
      • messaging
      • tone
      • visual communication
    • Align brand with:
      • NESA Africa
      • EduAid Africa
      • SCEF mission
    1. Social Media & Content Systems
    • Manage and oversee:
      • all social media platforms
      • content calendars
      • posting schedules
    • Ensure daily, consistent, and strategic publishing
    1. Campaign & Growth Execution

    Drive campaigns for:

    • nominee onboarding (target: 5,000)
    • voting participation
    • membership growth
    • ambassador sign-ups
    • awareness campaigns
    1. Content-to-Conversion Strategy

    Ensure content drives:

    • Convert attention into:
      • nominations
      • votes
      • sign-ups
      • partnerships
    1. Platform Engagement Optimization
    • Improve:
      • traffic to platforms

    You will manage:

    • social media interns

    Responsibilities:

    • assign tasks

    🎯 Performance Targets (MANDATORY)

      • 5,000 nominee onboarding

    πŸ’° Compensation & Growth

    • Probation (Months 1–3): ₦80,000 – ₦140,000
    • Post-Probation (Month 4): ₦96,000 – ₦168,000 (+20%)

    Bonus is awarded based on:

    • contribution to ecosystem targets

    🏠 Relocation & Accommodation
