    • Cohorts are filled on time with qualified entrepreneurs, especially from target communities.
    • The Flagship program is well-organized and meets or exceeds program outcomes.
    • More entrepreneurs in the NYC-area are aware of and interested in NYPACE.

    PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

    • Lead the coordination and execution of the Flagship Program from preparation through closeout, serving as the lead and primary point of contact for at least 2 cohorts annually.
    • Coordinate participant communications, scheduling, and logistics throughout the program lifecycle.
    • Track program data, participation, and outcomes using Salesforce.
    • Support and nurture program alumni through post-project check-ins, hosting and running networking events, referrals to other partners, and other initiatives.
    • Collaborate with fellow team members on participant evaluations and reporting.
    • Contribute to annual program planning and implementation with fellow team members.
    • Maintain and implement, where needed, program management processes and tools to ensure consistency and quality.
    • Help design and run workshops for entrepreneurs by identifying relevant topics and engaging speakers.

    ENTREPRENEUR RECRUITMENT

    • Contribute to outreach efforts and help represent NYPACE at community events, workshops, and networking opportunities.
    • Develop and execute up to two in-person recruitment drives annually
    • Contribute to the annual and quarterly entrepreneur and advisor recruitment strategy.
    • Maintain and update Salesforce records for entrepreneur leads and participants.
    • Work with the Director of Programs to collaborate and partner with other ecosystem partners, including other business serving organizations, be it for recruitment or for expanded program offerings.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, public administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3–5 years of experience in program coordination, project management, or related roles, preferably in small business support, entrepreneurship, or nonprofit programming.
    • Familiarity with small business development and entrepreneur support services in the NY area is a plus.
    • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with attention to detail.

    • Proficiency in tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Zoom.
    • Willingness to learn and contribute to program improvement and growth initiatives.
    • Mission-driven, adaptable, collaborative, and eager to support underrepresented entrepreneurs.
