    • Infrastructure & Safety: Inspect grounds and buildings regularly and lead seasonal responses to identify and mitigate safety hazards, such as fallen debris or icy walkways to ensure year-round safety.
    • Compliance: Ensure all operations, equipment usage, and material handling meet OSHA safety guidelines and organizational standards.
    • Resource Management: Oversee the inventory of materials and the preventative maintenance of all landscaping equipment to minimize downtime and costs.
    • Maintenance: Plan, schedule, and oversee daily groundskeeping tasks including mowing, pruning, outdoor cleaning and trash removal (both indoors and outdoors).
    • Community Engagement: Acting as a liaison with community groups and ensuring outdoor spaces serve North10 Philadelphia’s mission.
    • May be required to undertake other tasks and initiatives to support team and organizational goals.
