Community Life Associate / Community Life Minister
Details
Description
About St. Andrew’s:
St. Andrew’s is a growing, creative Episcopal community seeking to embody God’s love
for all, without exception, by deepening spirituality, expanding hospitality, and
enacting justice. Founded in 1890 as a place of worship for all regardless of life
circumstance, we remain a creative, radically welcoming community blurring the
boundaries between what is “in” and “outside” of church.
Over the past five years, our parish has grown significantly—not only in numbers, but in
the depth and breadth of our life together. Our community gathers for worship, small
groups, children’s and youth formation, justice ministries, theater and music, meals,
celebrations, and opportunities simply to share life together. People from across the
country join us for online programming, and at the same time, we are woven into the life
of our local area, with our campus serving as a meeting place and public park.
The role supports the people, systems, teams, and ministries that make our community
thrive, helping build the organizational capacity we need to keep growing and live more
fully into God’s mission.
