Alliance Growth Association (AGA) empowers entrepreneurs and small business owners by providing accessible business infrastructure, education, technical assistance, and resources that help businesses become stable, compliant, fundable, and positioned for sustainable growth.

Our mission is to remove barriers to entrepreneurship by connecting individuals with the tools, knowledge, mentorship, and support they need to build stronger businesses and create pathways toward economic stability and financial independence. Through programs focused on financial systems, tax assistance, compliance, credit readiness, grant preparedness, and business development, AGA works to ensure that entrepreneurs have access to the same foundational resources needed to start, strengthen, and grow successful businesses.

Alliance Growth Association (AGA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small business owners build strong, sustainable businesses by strengthening the infrastructure behind their ideas.

We recognize that many entrepreneurs have the talent, vision, and determination to succeed but may lack access to affordable professional support, reliable business systems, financial education, or trusted guidance. AGA helps close that gap by providing practical technical assistance, education, mentorship, and connections to resources that entrepreneurs can use at every stage of their journey.

Our work includes support in areas such as bookkeeping and financial systems, business compliance, tax preparation and tax education, credit and fundability, grant readiness, business development, and organizational infrastructure. AGA also operates an IRS VITA tax site to expand access to free tax preparation and financial resources within the communities we serve.

Our programs are designed especially for early-stage entrepreneurs, small business owners, and individuals exploring entrepreneurship as a pathway to greater economic opportunity and financial independence. We collaborate with businesses, nonprofits, financial institutions, government agencies, educational institutions, volunteers, and community partners to create a stronger ecosystem of support.
