We envision a world where every community crisis is met with people who act, improvise and overcome together. We design live community learning experiences that spread the confidence, skills and mindsets needed. Because crisis doesn’t wait for you to be prepared.
About Us
We make the world more socially resilient by helping ordinary people learn to improvise and work with strangers in a crisis. Our goals are to
- Create learning experiences that community organizations can deliver to take local leadership and collective action from none to good-enough.
- Convert research results into effective coaching and learning experiences that will accomplish our mission and realize our vision.
- Support spontaneous leaders who are working to organize collective action with their micro-communities.
