Minds of Light empowers autistic and neurodivergent teens and adults through emotional awareness, communication, confidence building, mentoring, workshops, and employment pathway support.

We help participants better understand their emotions, express themselves clearly, build self-advocacy skills, and prepare for meaningful participation in work and community life.
