Minds of Light is a neurodivergent-led organization helping autistic and neurodivergent people build social skills and life skills so they can truly thrive. Our team is proudly run mostly by neurodivergent and autistic adults, and we're growing! We're looking for passionate volunteers to help us expand our reach and deepen our impact, all from wherever you are.

Certified Coaches

Are you a certified coach looking to give back — or looking for an opportunity that could grow into paid work down the road? We'd love to have you. Help our community members build confidence, social skills, and life skills through 1:1 or group coaching, done entirely online.

Vice President of Operations

Help shape the backbone of our organization. This role oversees day-to-day operations, keeps our teams aligned, and helps turn our mission into smooth, sustainable systems. Great for someone who loves building structure and supporting a team behind the scenes.

Administrative Support

Stay organized, keep communication flowing, and help our leadership team stay focused on our mission. If you love checklists, calendars, and keeping things running smoothly, this is for you.

Grants & Donor Outreach

Help us find funding opportunities, write compelling grant proposals, and build relationships with donors who believe in our mission. Experience with grant writing or fundraising is a huge plus.

Community Outreach

Help us spread the word! Connect with schools, community organizations, and neurodivergent-friendly spaces to let them know about the resources and support Minds of Light offers.
