Advance equity through literacy by ensuring Washington students receive the instruction and support they need to read and write fluently and fully participate in school, work, and civic life.

Reading Equity Project is a Washington-based nonprofit of Structured Literacy specialists. We help districts, schools, teachers, and youth programs implement literacy instruction and support that achieve 95% reading proficiency. Because Structured Literacy is complex to implement, our team provides end-to-end support from planning, program design, and training, to coaching and diagnostic progress monitoring. Our approach advances student skills while building durable local capacity, ensuring that our partners can sustain the program and results independently.
