The Rainforest Foundation helps indigenous and traditional people of the rainforests in Central and South America protect their environment and fulfill their rights. We work in partnership with indigenous groups and local grassroots organizations to:

• Secure rights to their lands
• Influence laws and policies to protect their resources
• Build strong and sustainable community leadership

We achieve results by providing project-related grants and direct technical assistance to our partners.
