Unity to Serve International (USI) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering refugees, immigrants, and underserved communities through education, skills development, and community-centered programs. USI demonstrates a proven capacity to implement projects independently and deliver measurable social impact.

The organization has strong governance and leadership, with an active Board of Directors and senior management team ensuring accountability, transparency, and effective program delivery. USI operates under key donor-expected policies, including Conflict of Interest, Whistleblower, Financial Management, HR & Anti-Harassment, Child Protection, and Data Privacy policies, ensuring compliance, integrity, and operational excellence.
