STROKE SURVIVOR NETWORK

  • Mission

Meeting stroke survivors' needs stand at our organization's heart. We guide survivors through recovery challenges by connecting individuals with essential services and community resources. Our work removes barriers to recovery through comprehensive assistance with daily needs, allowing survivors to concentrate on rehabilitation and rebuilding their lives.

    About Us

    • The president of the organization is a Stroke Survivor
    • Basic Needs Assistance: We provide direct support with essential living requirements, including food access programs and utility bill management, ensuring survivors maintain stable living conditions during recovery. We help survivors identify and apply for available assistance programs, manage payment plans, and connect with food delivery services when needed.
    • Community Connection Services: We provide links to support groups, social activities, and peer networks, creating opportunities for survivors to share experiences and build relationships. We organize regular meetings, facilitate introductions, and create safe spaces for survivors to discuss challenges and victories with others who understand their journey.
