We strive to provide exceptional care with empathy for our patients and their families so they may live with comfort, dignity, and respect. It takes a wonderful team of caring and dedicated people to achieve this goal. A necessary part of that team is our wonderful volunteers, who make a great impact on the lives of our patients.
Gentiva offers a flexible and rewarding volunteer option for those looking to make a difference in their community. Our patients would love spending time with a kind individual who can put a smile on their face, as they often do not have the opportunity to leave their homes and meet new people.
There is no experience needed to volunteer with Gentiva, and training is provided at no cost. By giving a helping hand through our organization you can improve the lives of seniors in a way that fits into your life and schedule. Our volunteers get great life satisfaction out of providing companionship, offering support, and spending time with our patients!
