GCF offers educational scholarships and extracurricular programs, teacher-training, a school-based vision screening program and a Women's Health Initiative, among other health and cultural initiatives The GCF Kashmiri Public Library is a unique digital archive of publications, visual arts and oral history audio recordings produced in or about Kashmir.
