Ridgebury Farm

Ridgebury Farm is a 56 acre equestrian facility in Ridgefield, CT, offering Hippotherapy, Nature Based Therapy, Wellness Horsemanship, and more! The mission of Ridgebury Farm is to unite licensed clinicians and nature to deliver evidence-informed animal-assisted therapies and hippotherapy; occupational, speech, physical therapy, psychotherapy, and nature-based programs - that build physical and mental strength, emotional health, and social connection.

Ridgebury Riders are what we call our riders, regardless of age, experience, neuro-diversity or riding ability. Being a Ridgebury Rider means you have the ability to develop at your own pace, working with our instructors, therapists and specially selected therapy horses. Our goal is to provide life- changing opportunities regardless of ability to pay.

Volunteering or donating to Ridgebury Farm directly allows us to offer mounted Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy to children and adults with a variety of special needs, as well as therapeutic services regardless of their ability to pay.
