Medical Interns Abroad-Tanzania (MIA-TZ) is a community-based organization in Arusha dedicated to alleviating human suffering through immersive global health ventures. With a legacy of high-impact, community-led placements, we empower future healthcare leaders by bridging the gap between clinical talent and resource-limited healthcare systems. Through our unique “cross-pollination of skills” model, we provide accredited internships and volunteer opportunities that combine rigorous medical practice with cultural exchange and safari adventure.

Programs:

Medical Venture Abroad, Medical Summer Internship, Medical Voluntourism, Medical Capacity building, Public Health and Non Medical programs I.e, children care, water, hygiene and sanitation, construction of clinics and hospitals among many community initiatives.
