Mental Ed empowers youth—especially those in underserved communities—through accessible, relatable, and culturally relevant mental health education.
Mental Ed is a nonprofit organization dedicated to shifting the way mental health is taught, talked about, and lived. We serve youth across the U.S. through interactive lesson plans, creative workshops, and community-based internship opportunities. Our work centers around empowering the next generation of leaders with tools for emotional wellness, communication, and advocacy.
We believe mental wellness should be a language every student can understand—regardless of background, zip code, or access. Through collaboration, equity, and creativity, we aim to close the gap between education and mental health support.
