Trusted Mentors uses the power of mentoring to help stabilize the lives of adults at-risk of homelessness, ex-offenders working to successfully re-enter society, and young adults aging out of foster care. These one-on-one matches provide support and basic life skills that help break the cycle of poverty that leads to homelessness and incarceration.

These one-on-one matches provide support and basic life skills that help break the cycle of poverty that leads to homelessness and incarceration.
In 2024, Trusted Mentors matched 200 mentoring pairs. 98% of our clients remained housed while in our program, with 95% of ex-offenders remaining out of incarceration. In addition, 95% of the Young Adults (18-24) in our program stayed housed and out of prison. By helping to stabilize the lives of their parents, our mentors helped stabilize the lives of 188 children in 2024.
