The Mission of StreetWise Georgia is to offer the necessary physical, emotional, mental and spiritual tools to help people stabilize their lives, improve their environment, and move out of a state of dependency into a state of well-being and self-sufficiency.

At StreetWise Georgia, we believe everyone deserves dignity, hope, and the tools to thrive. Based in Gwinnett County, we serve families in need through programs like our Mobile Food Pantry, Heaven's Grocery Store, Weekday food distribution, clothing assistance, and community outreach events. More than just meeting physical needs, we walk alongside our clients with compassion, prayer, and encouragement - helping them move from crisis to stability.
