At our core, we are an applied research organization: we learn what works by working alongside colleges, workforce programs, and employers. Through these partnerships, we embed employability into programs, train educators to develop and assess it, and strengthen how readiness is demonstrated—so learners can apply their skills, adapt to change, and advance over time.
