  • Mission

The NHR “Desirable Change Program's” mission is to equip, cultivate, build, and educate unskilled and homeless men 18-55 years of age. We'll provide assistances by familiarizing the public benefits and social programming they may be eligible for. These resources will help these men overcome some of the most pressing challenges in their lives and will allow them to experience newfound success. The DCP will also provide continued support for these men through one-on-one support, program workshops and community resources.

    About Us

The Employability Employment Program (EEP) program assists males facing barriers with employable skills, critical thinking, and health awareness needed to participate in the job market. The workshop(s) offers a wide range of activities that can be tailored to meet individual needs and provide more intensive assistance over longer periods of time.

There are four (4) major elements: 1.) Intake, 2.) Assessment, 3.) Individual Service Plan (ISP), and 4.) Resources - are to assist clients to reach their immediate needs/short term goals and their career/long term goals.
