    Description

    Admin Assistant (2) split hours 9:00am until 3pm, (3) hours per-day, Monday thru Friday. Hours may be adjusted.

    • Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
    • Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate staff members
    • Reply to general information requests with the accurate information
    • Greet clients/suppliers/visitors to the organization in a professional and friendly manner
    • input clients information into database, intake, assessment paper work for service

    Fundraising and social media assistant: hours are open, individual can work on or off site.

    • Make contact with donor(s)
    • Assist or range fundraising to money for (clothing, scholarship, and other program).,
