    About Us

    A surreal vision of a grand celebration filled with diverse women from all walks of life jovially bonding in unity; presented itself to CEO/Founder Lady Alvergia in February 2004. This profound vision was life changing.

    Witnessing the impact of "A change mindset is the best mindset" was amazing. No longer the victim of past/traumatic life experiences, WOMEN made a pledge to stand in the gap for GIRLS, TEENS, and YOUNG LADIES as compassionate leaders aka "BIG SISTERS" (mentors) to help positively guide them along their journey. The POWERFUL testaments of these WOMEN would be the PILLAR, the FOUNDATION, and the ROCK; needed to CHANGE the world, one sister at a time.

    Women could RISE UP; become a compelling LIGHT; and resounding VOICE; while exhibiting the significance of RESILIENCE, WORTH and CONFIDENCE.
