Women's Center

Mission: To assist in creating safe, healthy, self-sufficient lives by providing support, education, counseling, information and services to survivors of domestic, dating and sexual violence and to those suffering the ill effects of poverty, homelessness and mental health challenges.

The Women’s Center offers several programs and workshops that are designed to help women in specific situations and may overlap the services provided by each program.These programs have formed over the years as the Center saw a need to address certain problems that women commonly faced in our community. The Women’s Center has three areas of concentration: advocacy, guidance and counseling and within those core concentrations are client services, transitional housing, and domestic violence and sexual assault victims’ services.
