Richard Turner Jr. Musical Gifts, Inc. (RTJMG) is a nonprofit organization that empowers aspiring musicians with the skills, knowledge, and support needed to build sustainable, full-time careers in the music industry. We are committed to excellence and equity, valuing artistic growth, community, and access to opportunity. Through personalized mentorship and practical workshops, we help musicians navigate both the creative and professional sides of the industry. Our primary program is a scholarship designed specifically for music students of African American descent who are currently enrolled in a college or university. This program not only provides financial support, but also connects scholars with industry professionals and career-building resources. By investing in talent and removing barriers, we work to cultivate the next generation of music professionals.
