    At Coastal Hospice our mission is simple, to provide outstanding end-of-life care in our community, with an unprecedented commitment to compassionate communication and responsiveness. Coastal Hospice of Georgia is located in Brunswick Georgia. We serve the Glynn County area as well as surrounding counties (Camden, Brantley, Wayne, McIntosh and Long). Coastal Hospice provides expert and compassionate medical and supportive care for people and their families facing a terminal illness. Our hospice team will work with your physician and primary caregivers to provide you and your loved one with the support needed to spend time maximizing quality time, in your own familiar surroundings, and in the company of family and friends.

    Here at Coastal Hospice, we have end-of-life care expertise that only decades of experience can teach. We provide care to any person who needs us, regardless of age, diagnosis, or ability to pay. All our resources are dedicated to services that benefit each patient and family. Access to a hospice nurse twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Collaboration and care planning with your current medical providers and facility staff when the patient resides in an assisted living community or skilled nursing facility.
