Mission
Cherokee Child Advocacy Council, Inc. d/b/a the Anna Crawford Children's Center is a private 501(c)(3), non-profit, community-based organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect; and protecting and serving children and families. Since 1989, this nonprofit, community-based organization has worked to break the cycle of child abuse through prevention and intervention services. Programs, based out of the Anna Crawford Children’s Center in Woodstock, Georgia, include the Child Advocacy Center, Forensic Medical Exams, Community Education and ChildFirst Georgia.

We strive to support and ensure a community where all children are free of abuse and neglect. However, if there is abuse and neglect, all children will be protected and have access to a child friendly environment for healing and the opportunity to reach their ultimate potential.
