The Educational Equality Institute

  • Mission

    Education should lead somewhere.

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) builds the bridge between interrupted education and real-world independence.

We operate five programmes across 50+ countries, reaching 20,000+ people.

Every programme is free. Every tool is open source.

Our pathway takes a person from isolation to employment in four steps.

Connection. Language. Skills. Work. Peer support first. Then language practice. Then professional skills. Then career mentoring matched by

    industry.

Each step builds on the last.

TEEI exists for girls and women whose education stalled before it led anywhere. Access to school does not guarantee access to the economy. We

build what is missing: the practical bridge between learning and life.

501(c)(3) nonprofit. Candid Platinum Seal of Transparency. Two consecutive years.
