    To provide warm meals, clean water, basic necessities, healthcare, and a restored sense of dignity to individuals experiencing homelessness in Chicagoland.

    About Us

    Chi-Care is a Chicago-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to serving unhoused and underserved communities through three core pillars: Food Security, Street Medicine, and Harm Reduction. Across approximately 18 weekly outreach engagements, Chi-Care distributes meals and essential items through six weekly routes, operates multiple wellness fairs in partnership with community agencies, provides mobile medical care through its street-medicine clinic, and delivers harm-reduction services including supply distribution and training. Together, these programs offer consistent, wraparound support to thousands of vulnerable individuals throughout Chicago.
