We serve as the region’s leader on affordable housing policy and champion the

strategies and programs that create housing opportunity.

We exist to drive affordable housing policy. Research, program implementation, and

convenings are instruments for policy impact. We start from a policy objective; choose

activities that build the will, capacity, and evidence to achieve it; and measure our

success by policy progress.
