OC Around the Table

OC Around the Table brings people together across cultures, backgrounds, and communities to foster meaningful human connection, belonging, and unity through the simple act of sharing a meal.

Our mission is to create welcoming spaces where neighbors can meet face to face, share stories and experiences, build understanding, and strengthen the bonds that connect communities throughout Orange County. We believe that unity does not require sameness, it grows when people come together, appreciate their differences, and recognize their shared humanity.

OC Around the Table (OCAT) is a community initiative dedicated to building a stronger, more connected Orange County by bringing people together around a shared table.

Our annual community potluck welcomes people from different cultures, professions, generations, faiths, and life experiences to meet one another, share a meal, and form meaningful connections. Guided by the theme “Unity Within Community,” OCAT creates an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome and every seat at the table matters.

OC Around the Table is made possible by a dedicated team of volunteers, community leaders, and local partners. Throughout the year, volunteers contribute to event planning, logistics, community outreach, partnerships, guest support, setup, and other activities that help bring the gathering to life.

The 2026 OC Around the Table gathering will take place on September 27, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Mile Square Park in Orange County, California. Our goal is to continue growing OCAT as an annual tradition that strengthens relationships, encourages understanding, and creates a greater sense of belonging throughout our community.
