About Us

The SPARK Museum is a small museum, nestled near the waterfront in downtown Bellingham ,Washington. For the last 15+ years we have housed one of the largest displays of historical electrical inventions in the world and host the famous MegaZapper Show (one of the only live displays of the historic Tesla Coil and the power of electricity) and welcome thousands of visitors, each year. Our goal: To educate and excite the public about the history and innovation of science and scientific invention!

We are always looking for people who are interested in getting involved as volunteers and Docents, as well as accepting applications for internships on a rolling basis. For information about current volunteer opportunities and internships, please email our Volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@sparkmuseum.org
