  • Mission

Our mission is to improve the quality of immigrants' lives and their social, economic, and educational opportunities -- and thereby improve our whole community. Through improving English abilities and becoming citizens, our adult students can advocate for themselves and their families, gain better employment, further their educations, participate in the U.S. political process and public life, and negotiate their interactions with immigration, health care, schools, and other U.S. institutions.

    About Us

The St. Mark Community Education Program is both an ESOL program and a Citizenship program for adult immigrants and refugees. The ESOL program offers 4 classes at 4 levels, taught evenings to accommodate the schedules of working adults. The Citizenship program prepares applicants for all parts of the citizenship interview and provides supportive resources for those who would like to apply.
