    To provide competent, trained volunteer advocates for abused, neglected and children in need of services who are under the jurisdiction of the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court 15th Judicial District - Virginia.

    About Us

    CASA volunteers are Court Appointed Special Advocates for children - trained comunity voluneers appointed by a judge to speak up for abused and neglected children. CASA is a national organization created by a juvenile court judge. There are CASA programs throughout Virginia and in all 50 states. Rappahannock CASA was established in 1989 and has served over 2,400 abused, neglected and abandoned children in Spotsylvania, King George, Stafford and Fredericksburg.
