    The mission of Hustle USA is to provide the intellectual, social, and financial capital to low-income, underserved entrepreneurs to start businesses that glorify God and serve their neighbor throughout the United States. Our goal is to promote and support community development by empowering entrepreneurs in low-income communities to support themselves, their families, and the broader community through wealth creation and job opportunities.

    About Us

    Hustle PHX is a nonprofit in Phoenix dedicated to equipping entrepreneurs in under-resourced communities with the skills, mentorship, and resources they need to launch and grow successful businesses. Our adult programs, Hustle USA 101 and Hustle USA 202, offer 14-week and 9-month tracks focusing on business planning, marketing, financial literacy, and growth strategies.

    For youth, Hustle PHX offers Y.E.P. 101, a 14-week course in leadership, business fundamentals, and pitching. Y.E.P. 202 follows with a 10-week focus on competitor analysis, market research, sales, closing, and overcoming objections.

    We’re seeking passionate volunteers to serve as mentors, guest speakers, facilitators, and youth engagement leaders. Volunteers help participants build confidence, apply practical skills, and create businesses that impact families and communities.
