LANTERN NETWORK

Our mission is to strengthen America by providing roadmaps and resources to underserved young Americans, so they can realize their dreams and more fully contribute to building our More Perfect Union.

The Lantern Network: Illuminating Pathways to Economic Freedom

Economic freedom starts with opportunity: the right guidance, the right connections, and the chance to build something of your own. Too many talented young people never get that chance, not because they lack drive, but because no one has shown them the way. A strong mentor, a first internship, or the confidence to start a business can change a family’s financial future for generations. We believe this is 100% solvable.

The Lantern Network

The Lantern Network (TLN) is changing lives and strengthening communities. We help students and emerging professionals build the skills, confidence, and connections they need for long-term career success, and we focus on three things:

1. Mentoring Program: Guidance That Opens Doors. Each mentee is matched with an experienced professional in their field of interest and receives personalized coaching on building a career and navigating challenges. Through our mentor-mentee partnerships, we have helped launch [current number from your Impact page] careers and connected mentees with paid internships through our Internship Experience.
2. Streaming Stories: Seeing What’s Possible. Our Streaming Stories series features professionals from a wide range of industries sharing how they built their careers. It shows mentees the many paths to economic freedom and inspires them to picture their own.
3. Entrepreneurship Program: Turning Ideas Into Businesses. Through training and coaching, we guide aspiring entrepreneurs as they turn ideas into sustainable businesses that create jobs and strengthen local economies.
