  • Mission

Empowering individuals 14 years old into adulthood who have intellectual/developmental disabilities with the knowledge and opportunities they need to engage in the community.

    About Us

Griffin's Place was founded in 2014 by Becky Berger to help her autistic son Griffin find the tools and skills he needed to successfully live on his own. Since then, Griffin's Place has flourished into an organization where individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities can find community and join together in service to one another.

We cultivate a welcoming environment to encourage everyone to contribute their unique talents and abilities towards a shared experience. This happens through group events, such as themed dances, parties, and fun classes, and access to resources, for example social skills lessons and shared local supports.

We hope you will join us in empowering those around us and creating new bonds among our communities!
