Mission de l'ONGED :

L'ONG EDUCATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT (ONGED) s'engage à améliorer les conditions de vie des populations défavorisées à travers les actions suivantes :

1. Promouvoir une culture axée sur le développement intégral de l'Homme et de sa Communauté.
2. Aider à l'amélioration de la vie scolaire en fournissant un soutien matériel aux écoliers, élèves, et éventuellement aux étudiants.
3. Œuvrer pour l'amélioration de la santé de tous en valorisant la médecine traditionnelle (et conventionnelle si nécessaire) et en promouvant l'information, l'éducation, et la communication dans la lutte contre le paludisme et d'autres maladies contagieuses ou endémiques.
4. Sensibiliser et éduquer la population sur la protection de l'environnement dans le cadre de la lutte contre le changement climatique, tout en agissant pour la préservation de la nature.
5. Faciliter l'insertion professionnelle des jeunes diplômés sans emploi dans le secteur de l'agro-pastoralisme et d'autres métiers.
6. Sensibiliser et regrouper les femmes et les filles en groupements d'intérêt économique afin de les autonomiser.
7. Pour atteindre ces objectifs, l'ONGED intervient dans les domaines de l'éducation, de la santé, de l'environnement et du changement climatique, de l'alphabétisation, de la culture, de l'agro-pastoralisme, de l'artisanat, de la création et de l'animation des ateliers de formation et de travail, ainsi que dans le domaine humanitaire.

ONG EDUCATION ET DEVELOPPEMENT (ONGED) is a non-profit, non-political, secular and non-discriminatory institution that seeks solely to contribute to the improvement of living conditions in communities.

ONGED promotes a culture based on the sustainable and full development of human beings. Its mission is to serve the neglected people in the countryside communities composed of poor peasants in rural areas, to improve the health of poor individuals, and to educate people about the protection of the environment. It also strives to help jobless youth to work in the farming business so as to stop migration, to promote social welfare and to alleviate poverty.

Its mission is to promote a culture focused on the integral development of individuals and their communities; to help improve school life by providing material assistance to schoolchildren, students and eventually university students; to work to improve the health of everyone by promoting traditional medicine (and conventional medicine where necessary) and by promoting information, education and communication (IEC) in the fight against malaria and all virulent, contagious or endemic diseases; sensitize and educate the population to environmental protection in the fight against climate change and act to protect nature; work to employ young graduates in agro-pastoralism or other trades; sensitize and bring together women and girls in economic interest groups for their empowerment. To fulfill its mission, ONGED works in the fields of education, health, the environment and climate change, literacy, culture, agro-pastoralism, crafts, the creation and running of training and work workshops, and humanitarian aid.
