Envision Your Pathway

Envision Your Pathway (EYP) empowers youth to build pathways of their own design that are aligned with their interests, passions, and values. Through project-based learning and interactive workshops, youth gain dynamic skills to be civically engaged, self-determined, and confident in their competence so they may strive for their definition of success and persist beyond barriers.

Envision Your Pathway works with young people across Santa Clara County ages 15-24 who are facing barriers to education and employment. At EYP, we don't believe "one size fits all". Instead of trying to formulate "success", we focus on developing essential skills, resilient mindsets, and positive habits that will lead to lifelong change. By focusing on 4 areas of personal development - vision, skills, agency, and community - youth will leave with a compass for forging purposeful paths.
