    The Animal Protective Association of Missouri is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to bringing people and pets together, advancing humane education, and building programs beneficial to the human/animal bond. The association provides pet adoption to responsible owners, shelters lost, unwanted and abandoned animals, and works to reduce pet overpopulation. The APA extends community outreach programs to schools, hospitals, residential facilities and other organizations.
